UNIVERSAL CHEESE-PRESS
OPERATING MANUAL
1. In the cheese-press about 1 kg cheese can be made.
2. Remove the fixing hooks of lower part of the cheese-press and take the lid off.
3. Put cheese textile bag into the lower part.
4. Put the cheese-press into a big bowl.
5. Place the prepared cheese curd into the bag, to the level of closing plates
6. Fixing the lid. Places the hooks on and press the springs, until the lid is fixed. (Figure 2.-3.)
7. Pressure will press the whey into the bowl.
8.     Adjust  the pressure, whether you want to have a soft or hard cheese.
9. The cleaning of appliance should only be made by scratch free detergent!
